Jana Small Finance Bank Limited (Jana Small Finance Bank) is one of the leading Small Finance Banks of India in terms of assets under management and deposit size as at March 31, 2020. The ask was to generate leads for the newly launched asset and liability products. This was achieved by implementing an artificial intelligence (AI) led chat-bot on their social media assets and generate a leads engine.

The lead form generated rich quality leads that also eliminated the need for location validation, as the prospect shared Google location in addition to the usual content fields. Overall the campaign successfully increased the number of leads by 35 % from any previous run campaigns.
